In compliance with the POPI Act 4 of 2013, I as the Data Subject hereby declare that I have submitted my personal information voluntarily in respect of my registration to Swartland Winery’s Wine Club and that the information which I have submitted is complete, up-to-date and accurate. I will also let Swartland Winery know as soon as any of my personal information changes.

POPI Process of Personal Informaiton

I hereby give consent to Swartland Winery to process my personal information for purposes related to the wine club and have no objection to Swartland Winery retaining my personal information on their database. I understand that I can request Swartland Winery to delete my personal information from their wine club database by requesting such at info@swwines.co.za.

POPI Sending Electronic Communication

I hereby give consent to Swartland Winery to send me any wine related marketing material, newsletters etc. to be marketed by means of electronic communication (emails). I understand that I can unsubscribe from receiving such marketing material at any given time.
