Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) – As part of BRC HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of Biological, Chemical & Radiological, Physical, Malicious contamination, Food Fraud and Allergen hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.

This means that we operate according to strict Global Quality & Food safety standards which include Food Safety, Quality, Hygiene, Environmental, Security and Food defence systems. Our company undergoes intensive testing every year in order to retain its BRC certification.
